[Cancellation, return and exchange]

(1) As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please be aware of this in advance. Returns are possible only if the product is defective due to our responsibility, and are made within 3 days of the product's arrival date.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products:
・Products that have been used ・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago ・Products that have become scratched or stained while in the customer's possession ・Products without packaging (bags or cases) ・Other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not returnable

(3) We will cover the shipping costs for returns, etc.

(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
